Using poster board, encourage your kiddos (and your spouse, too) to cut out and add holiday inspiration using crafting glue. Scalloped scissors make it fun (but aren't necessary). Don't be afraid to paste over early entries as the poster board fills up! (The fun part is seeing what they choose to cover and leave exposed as the month goes on.)

What? Peanut butter? Yes! Mix a small bowl of peanut butter and honey (so creamy!) and surround it with fruit. Dip the fruit into your peanut butter and honey as a topping and enjoy!

You've heard this from me before. Keep a pair of socks in your car for emergency mittens. Clearing the windshield ... pumping gas ... you name it. You'll be glad to have them on hand (pun intended)!

Well, a cookie recipe, that is! Choose one that will challenge you. You might even find you've discovered a new holiday favorite!

A great way to start this December is with a gratitude journal. It can be a sheet of paper or a full-blown monthly journal, but write something you're grateful for each day or perhaps something you've accomplished. Your new gratitude mindset will keep you flying high during this month's stressful moments!
