For an easy and nutritious breakfast on those busy mornings, whisk a dozen eggs with your choice of vegetables and cheese and bake in a mufflin tin. They will store up to a week in the fridge. Eat cold, or you can warm them in the microwave with extra cheese on top. They also go well inside biscuits, either hot or cold.



The first step in zero food waste is to keep an organized fridge. Place small stickies and a pen nearby and date items you store in the fridge. When they come close to expiring, transfer them to the freezer or work them into a meal. $$ saved!
