In? Where? Inside of YOU! If you have trouble staying hydrated, infuse fruit into your water. Lemons, limes, and oranges work great, but you can also use watermelon, strawberries, and cucumbers. Just squeeze, stir, and sit back. The treat is yours to enjoy!

Here's a quick tip for an easy quesadilla. On a large tortilla, one quick cut from the edge to the center, then load cheese, your cooked meat, lettuce, and condiments on three of the quarters, fold the blank quarter up, then over, then over again (Is this making sense?). Drop it into a skillet to brown the outside, and you are GOOD TO GO! A dollop of sour cream and enjoy!

May is the month to plant annuals. Begonias, impatiens ... and more! Plus, you can go all out with perennials for more permanent color ... salvia, daylily, and Texas primrose. Give it a go! It will be beautiful!

If you're always throwing out the last half of the loaf of bread, try freezing half of each loaf as soon as you bring it into the house. Frozen bread is great for toast. Slightly stale bread is excellent for bread crumbs to top a casserole. Crumble it and freeze it to use anytime!
