Occasionally wrap ordinary items. Use tissue paper (very cheap!) and a piece of ribbon or string. Imagine your clean clothes, neatly folded, wrapped with a single ribbon. What a pleasant way to start the day!
Acknowledge people’s struggles. Restate what they’re going through and encourage them that they have the skills to get past their difficulties.
If something in your email inbox looks suspicious, delete it. Don’t look at it, delete it. It may be a cybercriminal trying to steal your information.
