A good mental picture of your health is essential for maintaining it. Journal your health path in a dedicated book or spiral by including office visits, medications, and other life events that pertain to your health. Carry it with you each time you visit your physician! You'll discover a healthier you!

Yes, April is tax month. (Sigh) And today's the day! April 15th is the traditional day (barring weekends and holidays) when Uncle Sam says, "Pay up!" You still have time to file an extension. Just be sure to pay what you think you owe if you do!

Spring gales are an opportunity to get outside and enjoy the fresh air! Small branches and plant debris can frustrate you or inspire you, so decide to be inspired to get outside (once the weather settles) and enjoy the season! You (and your yard) will be better for it!

Sometimes we must know when to take a break. Here you go: “God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference.” You are welcome.

Remember those 10,000 steps? You can motivate yourself by journaling the things along your way. What do you see, hear, smell, touch, or taste? (I know many of you like to carry a snack on your walk!) Maybe it's the colors in the sunrise or a leaf falling just as you walk past. Write it down! Review it later to remind you why you enjoy your daily adventures!
