Make your fall spaces new with fresh throw pillows. You can swap them from another room or just slip a pillow case over the ones you have. Your room will feel made-over for the season!
It's called mindfulness. For five minutes, pay attention to you and your body. How do you feel, physically and mentally? Can you do anything about it? What do you need to let go? You'll move back into the day with better productivity!
Meet with a friend wearing something from the back of your closet. Share stories of where your clothing has been. Then vow to meet up next month and do it again. It will become your favorite outing of the month.
