Time blocking is assigning certain hours to specific tasks. It can be rigid or flexible, but the night (or weekend) before, pencil in blocks of your days for certain activities. An example: Monday, 8-11, Laundry. 11-1, Lunch and Read Mail. 1-4, Shopping ... and so on. The benefit is that the clock keeps you focused and also gives you a cutoff point even if the activity isn't finished, no guilt allowed. This will destress your day (and week)!
