Summer Fitness Dos

The way to maintain your summer fitness is to do these things: 1. Find an activity you love: gardening, hiking, surfing, running. 2. Use your alarm clock to get out in the cooler parts of the day, or schedule outdoor plans in the evenings. 3. Get the family involved: a picnic, volleyball on the beach, or visiting the local pool. Whatever your "fitness dos" are, just DO them!
